Our pizza is conveniently served from a mobile fire truck offering fresh and hot food plus catering options.
The charm and originality of the fire truck doesn’t stop there, it continues when ordering a tasty Neapolitan style thin crust pizza that cooks in less than 2 minutes at 800+ degrees. Dough is made from scratch daily and allowed to proof for 1-2 days before it ends up in the oven. The pursuit of the perfect pizza starts with the Margherita. It’s your choice with an empire of Marine Corps themed pizzas created through a selection of toppings worth envying.
Our crust is scratch-made and it shows with a soft texture and perfectly crispy char on the outside, creating a light and flavorful crust. The toppings are fresh atop a sauce and organic produce from local farms when possible to create a made-to-order pie that is absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious!
